- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or other external factors.
4. Returns & Exchanges

- Because our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return for a damaged item:

- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
